Delivery

Elexir Pharma offers the following shipping options:

PostNord Goods letter – To your mailbox

The package is delivered to your mailbox during the day. Elexir Pharma reserves the right for weather conditions that make delivery to mailboxes difficult. Elexir Pharma also reserves the right for the dimensions of mailboxes, letter boxes, security boxes and property boxes. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest postal agent and you will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS/email.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 1 – 5 working days from when we have confirmed your order via email. For orders registered during public holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first working day after the end of the public holiday. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, contact our customer service at konsumerkontakt@elexirpharma.se and we will help you. Should Elexir Pharma for some reason not be able to deliver your order and has notified you of this, you have the option of canceling the purchase by contacting our customer service as above.

Unclaimed parcels/shipments

Packages delivered to agents will be returned to Elexir Pharma if they have not been collected within 7 days of the arrival of the package being notified to you. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of SEK 200 for costs attributable to Elexir Pharma administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not normally considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Please note that Elexir Pharma only delivers to addresses in Sweden.

Right of withdrawal and returns

When you, as a consumer, buy goods on the internet, as a general rule you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the product and is valid under the condition that the product is returned to Elexir Pharma in essentially unchanged condition. This means that you may not use the product, remove labels or break any seals. To be able to use the right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to Elexir Pharma in its original packaging.

Email us at konsumerkontakt@elexirpharma.se. We need the following information:

  1. a) order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or invoice)
  2. b) your name and contact details
  3. c) number and name of the products that are desired to be returned

Elexir Pharma must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cooling-off period has not passed before the goods are sent back. We recommend that the return is made by Posten Varubrev. The customer is responsible for return costs according to Posten's postage table and is responsible for the item until it has reached us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or cash on delivery.
