Payments
We accept several payment options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Payment on Elexirpharma.se takes place via Swish or via Elexir Pharma's partner Klarna Bank AB. Through Klarna, you are offered the payment options card payment, invoice, partial payment and direct payment through your bank. Elexir Pharma does not charge any additional fees for any of the payment options. Klarna may charge fees for the payment options, but in such a case states this in connection with the purchase.
When paying by card, the following payment cards are accepted: Mastercard and Visa.
When the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an order number directly to the email address entered at checkout. Processing and execution of orders takes approximately 1-5 business days. You will then receive an email confirming delivery and tracking number.

Shipping
Elexir Pharma only delivers to addresses in Sweden.
PostNord Goods letter – To your mailbox, delivery time 1-5 working days.
The package is delivered to your mailbox during the day. Elexir Pharma reserves the right for weather conditions that make delivery to mailboxes difficult. Elexir Pharma also reserves the right for the dimensions of mailboxes, letter boxes, security boxes and property boxes. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest postal agent and you will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS/email.
Returns
When you, as a consumer, buy goods on the internet, as a general rule you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the product and is valid under the condition that the product is returned to Elexir Pharma in essentially unchanged condition. This means that you may not use the product, remove labels or break any seals. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to Elexir Pharma in its original packaging.
Email us at konsumerkontakt@elexirpharma.se. We need the following information:
- a) order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or invoice)
- b) your name and contact details
- c) number and name of the products that are desired to be returned
Elexir Pharma must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cooling-off period has not passed before the goods are sent back. We recommend that the return is made by Posten Varubrev. The customer is responsible for return costs according to Posten's postage table and is responsible for the item until it has reached us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or cash on delivery.
