General purchase conditions

Elexir Pharma AB, org. no. 556854-4026, Gustavslundsvägen 151E, 167 51 Bromma. Via Elexirpharma.se you can buy goods from Elexir Pharma. These general purchase conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders of goods that you as a consumer complete on Elexirpharma.se. By completing your order, you accept and agree to abide by the Terms. Elexir Pharma reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Each change is published on Elexirpharma.se and applies from the time you have accepted the Terms and Conditions through a new order or 10 days after Elexir Pharma informs you of the changes (e.g. when subscribing). The provisions in i.a. The Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) and the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises are applied to all purchases made by consumers via Elexirpharma.se.

Personal data

Elexir Pharma processes your personal data in accordance with Elexir Pharma's Privacy Policy.

Order and purchase agreement

By completing an order, you accept these Terms. A purchase agreement is only entered into when your order has been confirmed by Elexir Pharma via an e-mail confirmation to the address you entered when ordering.

Prices and fees

All prices stated on Elexirpharma.se are in Swedish kronor including value added tax (VAT). Special fees may be added depending on the choice of shipping method as well as for invoicing, partial payment and for unclaimed packages. The total cost of your order is automatically calculated based on your selections and presented before you complete the order. Any incorrectly stated prices may be corrected in connection with Elexir Pharma's confirmation of your order to your e-mail address.

Payment

Payment on Elexirpharma.se takes place via Swish or via Elexir Pharma's partner Klarna Bank AB (publ) (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm) ("Klarna"). Through Klarna, you are offered the payment options card payment, invoice, partial payment and direct payment through your bank. Elexir Pharma does not charge any additional fees for any of the payment options. Klarna may charge fees for the payment options, but in such a case states this in connection with the purchase.

When paying by card, the following payment cards are accepted: Mastercard and Visa.

When paying by invoice or partial payment, you need to enter certain information about yourself that is used by Klarna to be able to identify you. The information you need to enter to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. By leaving information at checkout, you also accept Klarna's terms and conditions.

When paying by invoice or partial payment, Klarna takes a credit report, but it does not affect your credit rating and is not visible to others who request a credit report, e.g. banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna will show you which options are available to you. In the case of invoice payment, a 14-day payment period applies. Delivery

Elexir Pharma offers the following shipping options:

PostNord Goods letter – To your mailbox

The package is delivered to your mailbox during the day. Elexir Pharma reserves the right for weather conditions that make delivery to mailboxes difficult. Elexir Pharma also reserves the right for the dimensions of mailboxes, letter boxes, security boxes and property boxes. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest postal agent and you will be notified via the PostNord App and via SMS/email.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 1 – 5 working days from when we have confirmed your order via email. For orders registered during public holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first working day after the end of the public holiday. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, contact our customer service at konsumerkontakt@elexirpharma.se and we will help you. Should Elexir Pharma for some reason not be able to deliver your order and has notified you of this, you have the option of canceling the purchase by contacting our customer service as above.

Unclaimed parcels/shipments

Packages delivered to agents will be returned to Elexir Pharma if they have not been collected within 7 days of the arrival of the package being notified to you. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of SEK 200 for costs attributable to Elexir Pharma administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not normally considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Please note that Elexir Pharma only delivers to addresses in Sweden.

Right of withdrawal and returns

When you as a consumer buy goods on the internet, as a general rule, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item and is valid under the condition that the item is returned to Elexir Pharma in essentially unchanged condition. This means that you may not use the product, remove labels or break any seals. To be able to use the right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to Elexir Pharma in its original packaging.

Email us at konsumerkontakt@elexirpharma.se. We need the following information:

1. a) order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note or invoice)
2. b) your name and contact details
3. c) number and name of the products that are desired to be returned

Elexir Pharma must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cooling-off period has not passed before the goods are sent back. We recommend that the return is made by Posten Varubrev. The customer is responsible for return costs according to Posten's postage table and is responsible for the item until it has reached us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or cash on delivery.

Complaint

If you have received a defective or mis-shipped item, please contact our customer service immediately at konsumerkontakt@elexirpharma.se. Please describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we cannot solve the problem, you can of course complain about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us.

Complaints to Elexir Pharma must be made within a reasonable time after the error is discovered, but within 3 years at the latest.

Elexir Pharma follows the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

Disputes between Elexir Pharma and a consumer can be referred to the General Complaints Board for adjudication. The General Complaints Board's address is Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm and elexirpharma.se's address is www.arn.se. In the last resort, the dispute can be resolved by the general court, whereby the Stockholm district court shall be the first instance.

Cancellation or change of subscription

As a consumer, you always have the right to pause or end your subscription to products from Elexirpharma.se. This must take place at least 7 days before the next delivery. You pause or cancel your subscription via My Pages or by contacting Elexir Pharma customer service via e-mail to konsumerkontakt@elexirpharma.se.

Elexir Pharma always has the right to cancel a subscription with a notice period of 30 days. Elexir Pharma further reserves the right to terminate an agreement without prior notice with immediate effect if we judge that a subscriber is in breach of the Terms.

Elexir Pharma is not obliged to fulfill the purchase agreement or subscription if fulfillment is impeded as a result of an event beyond Elexir Pharma's reasonable control (eg change of legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic , epidemic or other extraordinary event). These circumstances release Elexir Pharma from the obligation to issue compensation and if the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Elexir Pharma have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Elexir Pharma strives for the information on Elexirpharma.se to always be correct, but reserves the right for final sales and any image and writing errors on Elexirpharma.se, such as errors in the product description, incorrect price, incorrect discount code and incorrect information about stock status. Elexir Pharma further reserves the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. All image information should be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance or condition of the item.

Reviews

By leaving reviews about products on Elexirpharma.se, you give Elexir Pharma the right to publish them on Elexirpharma.se as well as in other channels and media. Elexir Pharma also reserves the right not to publish and/or remove submitted reviews.
