Breakfast with Nathalie Steffner
On September 26th, 2024, we held an intimate breakfast at YogaMana in Stockholm together with Nathalie Steffner and invited guests to highlight women's health. Nathalie talked about how you can turn your different phases into your very own superpower and everyone got concrete tips on how to work with your bike and use it to your advantage - to work both smarter and better.

The discussions around the table included topics such as "How do I live today connected to my bike?" and "How could I get help from those around me to create a more in-sync life?"

"Liminal spaces". Watch Nathalie talk about the sweaterhere that all our participants took home in a goodie bag.
Nathalie has created the LUNA method - a program that aims to give you the tools for a lifestyle in harmony with your female cycle but also the tools to learn about your unique cycle and its potential. She calls the four different phases of the cycle your inner seasons and believes that if you start living in sync with them, you can experience magical change. Below is a brief summary of these and what you can expect from each season.
