Recommended daily intake for adults: 4 tablets daily with a meal.

It is normal with a color difference on Elexir Collagen I, II, III. The explanation for the color difference is that the collagen tablet contains some hygroscopic ingredients that easily attract moisture, especially at elevated temperatures, and then the tablet becomes darker and speckled. During storage and after opening the jar, moisture may enter, especially if the jar is not sealed sufficiently, and then the tablets become darker and speckled. This can also vary between the tablets. Since we chose not to have a colored coating on the product, this color change is clearly visible, but it is not a fault with the product but a natural change.
