The properties of sage during menstruation

Whoa! is based on sage which, according to scientific studies, has been shown to be able to support a woman's hormonal balance. Sage also supports well-being during the menstrual period.

Well-documented yam root contributes

An important component of WoHo! is yam root. This root has been a well-known feature of the history of the South American Indians but has also been used throughout the American continent for centuries. During the 1940s, the plant caught the interest of scientists and today it has been claimed that yam root contributes to a calm and comfortable menopause with a focus on relieving restlessness and irritation.

Whoa! is also supplemented with vitamin B6 and biotin. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has scientifically evaluated the importance of these nutrients for e.g. women with regard to hormonal balance.
