Finally it's Pride time again! Stockholm Pride starts on Monday, July 28th and runs until August 2nd. We will be there together with our ambassador Atooni to celebrate all the colors and shapes of life - come join us!

The Pride movement is a social and political movement for the rights of LGBTQ+ people that celebrates pride instead of shame, and strengthens the fight for equality and acceptance.
Pride stands for “Personal Rights in Defense and Education”.
The Pride movement began in 1969 in New York after the police raided the gay club Stonewall Inn, resulting in a riot that lasted several days. On the anniversary of the riot the following year, June 28, 1970, the first New York Pride parade was held, and two years after the Stonewall uprising, the first Pride-like demonstration was held in Sweden, in Örebro on May 15, 1971.
The rainbow flag, designed in 1978 by Gilbert Baker, symbolizes the diversity within the LGBTQ+ community and the spectrum of human sexuality and gender through its colorful stripes.
